What is the Business Mastery Retreat?

The SoCo Business Mastery Retreat brings together like-minded businesswomen to teach them how to grow their business, gain a supportive community, learn the nitty-gritty details of business-owning and so much more! Each retreat, Jena selects 6-10 attendees based on a variety of factors which is why we have the application process.

What to look forward to:

In two jam packed days in the beautiful Northern California surrounded by mountains and nature, we gather as successful women at the beautiful SoCo Lashes Headquarters. Every nook and cranny are full of photo ops and pure Pinterest gold!

SO, what happens once you arrive? We have a Welcome dinner on Thursday evening at 4pm to meet and hang out before the next 3 big days! On the morning of DAY ONE (Friday), you meet your new sisterhood of entrepreneurs who are just like you. We know that we are the sum of the 5 most people we spend time with, so we want to flood you with like-minded best friends who will endure this growth journey together. Together as sisters, together as friends, together as someone who has been there before. Together to be a group of women who want to be the group who makes a difference for you… and each other. You can’t grow alone; you need your tribe.

We start each day at 9:00am and end each at 4:00pm. Each evening, you’ll be sent home with SO much motivation, so much information, and so many tools that it’s normal to be up until 2:00 am with your thoughts and creating your business plan. If you have the creative drive, GO. This will likely be the only time in the next few years that you have with no distractions, no responsibilities and only time to WORK on your business. Take advantage of this time that you’re choosing to invest in yourself.

Each day, we will have lessons and workbook time. We will share, listen, learn from each other, grow (get ready for new shoes, the growth is tremendous), create YOUR individualized business plan, learn how to budget, how to prepare your taxes, create professional content with our photographer (because we know how important it is to have professional photos of YOU), create your brand bible, master Instagram, learn how to obtain clarity on execution and so much more.
