Week 1 | Homemade pumpkin spice coffee creamer
It’s September which officially means that it’s Halloween Season. Disney has been hosting their trick-or-treat parties since August, so it’s high time we start jumping back into fallen leaves, sweata’ weatha’ thoughts, and everything pumpkin spice! I’m the kind of girl who has to ruin everything and try to make it sugar free, but I swear I’m onto something with this recipe! This recipe is sugar-free, super freaking yummy, and something that I bet you’ll make more than once this fall!
Healthy Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
14 oz can Unsweetened Evaporated Milk
½ c Pureed Pumpkin
½ c Water
3tbsp Granulated Monk Fruit Sweetener (more or less to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Cinnamon Stick & 5 Cloves
1/8 tsp Pumpkin Spice, Cinnamon, & Nutmeg
Combine all of your ingredients in a small pot, and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Let cool, strain (if desired), refrigerate, and add to hot or iced coffee. You can whip this into a cold foam for iced coffee or just add as is to your coffee as your creamer… I mean, or both! If you try this on anything else or tweak the recipe, let us know so we can try your versions!! Keep refrigerated and this will stay good for about a week! Happy Spooky Season, guys!!
