What is SCL Package Protection?

SCL Package Protection is a solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve added assurance so that you’re supported, no matter what. The SCL Package Protection will be automatically applied at checkout.

How Does SCL Package Protection Work?

If your SCL Protected Package order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, our SoCo Lashes team will help to ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. To begin this process, please email our team at contact@socolashes.comClaims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.  

How Does SCL Package Protection Process Refunds or Reorders?

Refunds: When refunding an item, SoCo Lashes covers the subtotal of the order. 

Reorders: SoCo Lashes will resend your order depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded or resent as soon as stock is available. SoCo Lashes will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and the SCL Protection Plan.

When Should I File a Claim?

All claims must be submitted to contact@socolashes.com. Claims will be reviewed within 2 business days. 

    Stuck In Transit (Lost)

    • For domestic orders and international orders, claims will be reviewed within 2 business days.

    Damaged

    • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be emailed to contact@socolashes.com. Claims will be reviewed within 2 business days.

    Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

    • Claims will be reviewed within 2 business days.
