Refund policy
Late / Lost / Stolen orders /Mistake Address
SoCo Lashes is not responsible for late, lost or stolen packages that were purchased without the SCL Package Protection, as removing the SCL Package Protection at checkout will assume responsibility of lost or stolen items to the customer. Please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. If your package was sent to an out of date address, customer is responsible for tracking down package, as the shipping address was confirmed upon confirmation by customer when order was submitted..
Changes in order
Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee any changes. A 20% fee may apply if your order has already been pulled to ship.
Returns
No returns. Credit may possibly be issued based on a case by case basis. Shipping fees are never refunded and are always covered by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
No refunds. Credit may be given upon individually assessed issue.
Mistakes
If a mistake is made by SOCO Lashes, the correct item will be shipped or the customer at the cost of SOCO Lashes at the purchased shipping method that was used for original order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
No refunds or credit given for items that aren't purchased at full price. Sale items are all final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
No Exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
