In 2022, I was in a major rut. I have spoken to so many of you that feel like you’re still stuck in this awful space... The leftovers from the 2020, joke of a year. I hope that when you read this you’ll realize something: You’re one decision away from a choice that will completely change the trajectory of your life. If you have something tugging on your heart, go with it. If there is a voice in the back of your mind, listen to it. If there is something you want to do, DO IT.

In 2022, we made a huge, scary life choice that gave us no promises besides easing our curiosity. Make the move. Ditch the ass hole. Start your lash line. Do the thing... and then ugly cry in the shower when you experience failure, becasue on the othe side of faillure is knowledge and experience. And THEN comes the good part...

Let’s hop in the “way back machine” and peak into what 2022 looked like for us. Busy, chaos, and decisions. We made a hard choice and decided that instead of investing tens of thousands of dollars into LashCon, we would invest that money into our future.

After finding a STEAL on an 1800's Farmhouse to renovate (it was good karma & good luck), it was final. We sold our home, sold most of our belongings, put the rest in storage, and relocated back to our hometown; Bodega, Ca. Being the little spooky bitch that I am, we purchased a haunted home in the town of bodega. Bodega is known as a “cluster haunt” because of the dense population of haunted houses. We live across the street from a famous haunted schoolhouse, behind a haunted church, next to a haunted home that was originally the town’s “Gentleman’s House,” and a few steps from the single gravestone that belongs to the late pastor’s wife. Back to business... After finding a location for SOCO Lashes Headquarters, we learned that our spot came with a pretty awesome storefront right in the center and the heart of Sebastopol, Ca. Since we are all about clean living, I peer pressured my husband and decided to take a stab at opening a “Clean Living” shop. After over a year of Mr. SOCO Lashes renovating the new shop (we love our husbands!!), we finally opened. I’ve taken my passion for herbalism and a non-toxic lifestyle and now I get to share ti all with you.
