The water decals are SO easy to use! Just Cut your pair of lashes, remove the clear plastic layer, dip in water for about 15-20 seconds, and carefully slide off and get perfect placement every time! It’s easy to readjust.

TIP: slide slowly and use tweezers, works best on a fresh thin coat of gel base or top so you can slide it to exactly the place you want! Smooth our and add two thin layers of gel topcoat to seal properly!
